From a missed connection to fulfilling a lifelong dream

Amanda and Jessica met years ago in a “crunchy mama co-op group” on social media, back when being crunchy was more patchouli and granola than mainstream cool. Jessica remembered seeing another PA in the group who had completed a fellowship in Integrative Medicine- an unfulfilled dream of hers at the time. Unable to find the post identifying Amanda, Jessica pushed past the possible awkwardness and made a “missed connections” style post asking for this unicorn to please stand up. However, it wasn’t received oddly at all. Amanda responded, and the two attended the next Academy of Integrative Health and Medicine conference together. After years of daydreaming, through cross-country moves, babies, and more, they decided to create the virtual practice of their dreams, dedicated to serving the community in a truly holistic way. The rest is history!
