This package is designed for a new patient to our practice to get started with a targeted treatment plan. It includes 4 visits over a 6 month period: Initial Consult (60min), Lab Review (45min), and 2 follow up visits (30 min each) to fine tune your experience.
MAIDEN TO MOTHER $1550
This is the package for those looking to optimize nutrient status, hormones, and overall health in anticipation of pregnancy. This includes your Initial Consult (60 min), Review of DUTCH hormone panel (45 min), Review of Nutreval panel (45 min), and 4 additional follow up visits (30 min each) to support your healthiest pregnancy yet. It’s best to start your pre-pregnancy prep 6-12 months prior to conception, but can certainly work with you whatever your timeframe.
POSTPARTUM REVIVAL $792
